We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Fundraising Representative to represent these campaigns at community events, retail locations, pop-up activations, and other promotional events. In this role, you will speak directly with the public, educate people about each organization’s mission, and encourage supporters to become long-term donors.

No previous fundraising experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing professional development.

  • Assist supporters with completing secure donor registrations
  • Work with team leaders to track individual goals and event results
  • Participate in daily coaching, campaign education, sales training, and professional development
  • Maintain a professional and positive representation of Key Precision and its nonprofit partners
  • Travel to scheduled event locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to event locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, events, fundraising, or sales experience is helpful but not required

Schedule and Availability

  • Full-time, five-day workweek
  • Events are scheduled Monday through Sunday
  • Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day each week
  • Employees who work a weekend day may exchange it for a scheduled day off during the week
  • Exact schedules may vary based on event locations and campaign needs

Physical Requirements

This position involves working at event sites and remaining active for extended periods. Stools are available when needed, and reasonable accommodations may be provided.

What We Offer

  • W-2 employment with weekly pay
  • Hands-on training and mentorship
  • Ongoing sales, communication, and leadership development
  • Advancement opportunities based on performance
