Job Description
The Multicraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role performs advanced maintenance on manufacturing machinery and building systems, works with minimal supervision, and actively supports preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that emphasizes safety, organization, and 6S standards. Required personal protective equipment must be worn at all times to ensure safety. The position follows a C shift schedule of Thursday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with minimal overtime expected but possible based on operational needs. Assignments to other departments or shifts may occur to support business requirements, offering exposure to a variety of equipment and systems in a modern industrial environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.04 - $36.74/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
