Job Title: HVAC Helper Job Description
The HVAC Helper supports experienced HVAC technicians with installation, service, preventive maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This entry-level role offers hands-on field experience and training across Bucks County and surrounding areas, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in the HVAC trade.

Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based role serving multiple communities across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including areas such as Langhorne, Levittown, Holland, Penndel, Newtown, Fairless Hills, Feasterville, Trevose, Bristol, Richboro, Yardley, Bensalem, Southampton, Warminster, Ewing, Lawrenceville, Princeton, Ivyland, Buckingham, Willow Grove, Hamilton, Horsham, Washington Crossing, Doylestown, New Hope, Northeast Philadelphia, Warrington, Burlington, Bordentown, Florence, Robbinsville, Riverside, and Delran. Work is primarily performed at customer locations and may involve frequent lifting, carrying, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in crawl spaces and other confined areas. You will spend most of the day standing, walking, and performing physical labor, often in hot or cold environments depending on the season and job site conditions. Dress typically aligns with practical field work, including appropriate workwear and footwear suitable for construction and mechanical tasks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newtown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
